Purchasing Options Electronic Download

Electronic Download is available on certain products through the online store, depending on download size. Choosing this option allows you to instantly download a product to your computer. Electronic downloads are limited one-time transactions with email support only*.

In your shopping cart you can also add on:

• Extended Download Service for an additional $6.99 per product. This allows you to re-download your software as many times as you need for a period of one year after the date of purchase.
• A Backup CD to be mailed to you for an additional $11.95

For CA's security products, automatic signature updates are included for a year. If you need assistance, CA provides free email support through our support site*.

Licensed Product

CA's online Open License Program makes it easy to procure and manage CA software and related services (i.e. support). You will receive a product CD wrapped with a certificate and license key for your order. Shipping is next business day DHL.

Using the online Open License Program, you can choose from a wide variety of solutions and add on maintenance options*. Maintenance provides you with phone based technical support and no-charge upgrades to future releases of your licensed software throughout the maintenance term. An email renewal reminder will be sent to you at the end of your agreement term and will provide available renewal options at that time.

There are two technical support options to choose from:

• Enterprise Maintenance: 24x7 support
• Value Maintenance: 12x5 support

Box Product

Box product purchases are limited one-time transactions with email support only*. Purchasing a box product allows you to own the current release of software without paying recurring license fees. Choose this option if you prefer to receive a retail-style box from our warehouse. Shipping is next business day DHL. If you need assistance, CA provides free email support through our support site*.

*CA Phone Support is also available on a per call basis for products purchased without maintenance.
